Lydia loved running and Taekwondo as a teenager and fell in love with yoga and functional movement practices after a knee injury. She has a background in Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Core Power yoga. She loves teaching Booty Luv® Fitness because it’s functional, fun, and improves students’ experience on the mat and the dance floor.
